    Bone/Joint Supps.

    Hey guys. This might go under the rehab threads but it mainly involves supp's so i'm pretty sure this is the right place. Every once and a while I will get a bad knee problem(I played catcher for 9 years) or a bad shoulder problem(not sure why). The shoulder problem normally only happens after waking up, and will last anywhere from 30min to 2 hours, and will sometimes happen while im driving. As for the knee problem it isnt as often, but is still bothersome and I'm kinda worried about it while leg pressing. Any advice on maybe something I can take to help the problem...or should i just straight up go see a doctor? I'm almost 20 so its not like I really should be having joint problems at my age...

    MSM, glucosamine, fish oils, and warming up properly w/ light weights.
