    I know Labrada Nutrition used to make "Liquid 'Vites" product. Havent tried it yet but there shakes/bars we always pretty good so might be worth a shot.

    thanx ill look for them and give them a shot. The reason for the liq. is i cant swollow the big horse pills that the muti vit are.
