Okay guys, im not posting a is creatine safe, or how do you take it question i'm actually asking if you think it would be beneficial if I started creatine with in the next couple weeks? I'm fairly new to lifting, just building up a proper workout and eating a ton in the last couple weeks. Im looking to get as big as I can, by doing so I eat as much as I can, as many times a day as I can and lift as hard as I can. As for stats i'm 18, 165ish lbs, bf probably mid-high teens, not very strong and not big at all, yet. So what do you think, beneficial to start using creatine and/or NO2 yet this early in the game or wait a little while or till I hit a plateau? Thanks!
