i dont know what it has done to my levels of testosterone but im having strange vivid dreams on it....i just started so i dont know what kind of results it has given me, but they are good minerals to supplement to help fuel muscles ive been told.

ZMA is an awesome stuff. it's a lot better than normal combo of zinc and magnesium, I think that this is only supp besides protein that is worth it's money. Go with the ZMA-PM or ZMA HP. ZMA-PM it's less expensive becasue you take it only once a day.

This stuff it's great to take as just an add on, you have to take other supp too.
It will increase your test by alot, you will get some great dreams LOL and it's the best deal when you're getting laid after that the only prob is (down Boy, down Boy, c'mon) HAHA

I have been using ZMA for a month. I don't think I feel anything different. I don't seem to sleep as sound as everybody else seems to, but I am having the dreams of death. It's like having Stephen King living inside my head????UGH I'll give it another month and see what happens......

I've been taking 'Strength Fuel' by TwinLabs for the last couple weeks. Couldn't find the ZMA Fuel but the Strength Fuel says on the label that it is ZMA.

I also have been having strange vivid dreams while taking this.
