Absorbing creatine better?
I recently read this article about creatine, it stated that drinking creatine hot causes it to absorb better in your body. It recommends mixing it with your morning coffee. However,is, I remember reading or hearing not to mix creatine with caffeine, this article says thats a myth, and that you can mix the two. Just curious if anyone has heard of this, I tried it this morning just to experiment.
Any comments?

never heard of it i think ill be mixing my creatine in hot water after my workout now

Never heard that before. All ive heard is to take it with something that will spike insulin . Creatine uses the same types of transport proteins that glucose uses to get into muscle cells. Something like gatorade or powerade I believe works. Dont quote me tho. Just do a quick search and you should find any info you need.
