Can creatine be used all year without a break. Ive heard it can mess with your kidneys.

Ive used it for extended periods of time. Just be sure to drink lots of water to flush out your kidneys. Some others may give you the advice to cycle it one month on then take a small break. I personally wasnt worried about kidney damage...
