Myogenx question

hey i had a question about Myogenx. Well i read alot of great reviews for it. However most of the prasing comes from its use in pct, my question is how is it as a supplement on its own?


Also if you guys can suggest a supplement that actually works i would really appreciate it. It seems like everytime i reasearch a product it ends up being crap. I was thinking of using x-factor, and jungle warfare but well there rep isnt to great.

Iv been working out for about 3 years, with a 6 month break in there.

I used creatine, bcaa's, protien. The basics.

stats are 225 at 15%bf and i am 6 4
