    sd back pumps?

well I just finished a 5 week SD cycle and I lifted heavy (squats, deads, cleans, etc.) throughout most of the cycle. My extreme lower back feels like it has been injured so i take a week or so off from hitting it and it feels fine. I do heavy t-bar rows and it hurts again..bad! I ahd to get icyhot back pads on it for like 8 hours just to feel mobile. this pain goes away after a day or so and i feel 100% okay and have full flexibility and range of motion pain free. It feels simila to the SD lower back pumps.....what is the typical duration/intensity of these back pumps?

how long have you been off cycle for?

try getting some xtra potassium via bananas

    OR

pick up some taurine and take that at 1g/day to take care of those dredded back pumps

yesterday was my final day on cycle/ 1st day of PCT! Today is my first day off of the SD cycle and 2nd day of PCT. Its like my first SD cycle (light cycle of 3 weeks) I remember having these annoying back pumps while going deep see fishing (from constantly holding the rod against heavy marine life) and other things in which I lifted, but nothing like deadlifts or squats bothered me. And that time the back pumps went away in like minutes to an hour after my activity and were much milder. This time they last all night after they start. Is this becuase of the longer/ harder SD cycle or does it sound more like a mild injury?? Has anyone had similar pains due to SD back pumps and/or injuries??

almost sounds like it could be a combo of both

logic would have it that the greater the dose, the more pronounced side fx are gonna b

at the same time it is possible that you may have overdone it on an exercise like skwats or deads...maybe try the taurine for a few days, and if the symptoms dont get better go see a doc

yeah i already tried that once for like 10-14 days, and it got better in like one day and the other days just added to its recovery. I didn't do cleans, deads, or squats for an entire week, and then this past week I only did like 4 sets of squats instead of six and I did them much lighter. My heaviest set of squats was only 315 for 12 reps and then my last set was 225 for 20 reps and then I just did leg press, hack squats to rpeserve my back and after that my back didn't bother me at all! It has actually been fine for like a week now until today when doing t-bar rows on my final rep of my final set it seemed to come back again! Typically an injury to this area would not heal very quickly and sustain pain free 300+ lb squats. An injury to the lower back would typically not go away until treated or fully recovered and would flare up every time I even did a light weight squat. That is why I suspected sd as a culprit. It aches ad kinda hurts when i like bend over and come back up..in the extreme lower extremeties of my lower back where it connects to the hips!
