    Question few questions

    ok, the supps that im gonna be taking are animal pak, micronized creatine mono, l-glutamine and whey. my questions are: when should i take the animal pak? ill be at the gym at around 1:30 after school. should i take it when i get home before the gym or when i wake up a 6:30? also, should i take both creatine and glutamine pre-wo and then glutamine and whey post or just creatine pre and glutamine/whey post? last question is is it better to mix creatine/glutamine with some sort of juice (cranberry,grape,etc...) or just water? sorry for the novel, i just want to get this down right the first time. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

    Don't take creatine and glutamine together, your body will absorb the glutamine and you'll piss out the creatine. Take creatine before workout and add glutamine to you post workout shake. Thats what I do, as far as the Animal Stack, not sure never taken it, I'd imagine taking it b4 workout though. As far as the whey, drink a whey shake upon waking up, you've been fasting while you slept, need that protein quick. And drink some whey immediately after workout, they say you have like45 min to get nutrients into your body after a workout to get best reults in muscle growth. Make sure you have a protein and carb rich meal like 20-30 after you Post workout shake. Finally don't bother drinking whey b4 bed, whey is digested quickly, your best bet is to get some slow digesting protein (casein protein powder) or eat some non fat cottage cheese. Hope this helps bro, I don't have all the answers, hopefully some veterans will post as well.

    Animal pack should be taken 30min after ur pre workout meal.
    I would take creatine right after my workout with some juice and 10-15min later a shake of protein+a carb(dextro,malto,waxy)-ratio 1:2
    U can take glutamine in the morning and before bed or some other time if u are having a whey protein shake before bed

    good advice except don't drink a whey shake b4 bed, whey is a fast digesting protein, you need protein that will digest slowly throughout the night, either get casein protein powder or eat cottage cheese
