ok, the supps that im gonna be taking are animal pak, micronized creatine mono, l-glutamine and whey. my questions are: when should i take the animal pak? ill be at the gym at around 1:30 after school. should i take it when i get home before the gym or when i wake up a 6:30? also, should i take both creatine and glutamine pre-wo and then glutamine and whey post or just creatine pre and glutamine/whey post? last question is is it better to mix creatine/glutamine with some sort of juice (cranberry,grape,etc...) or just water? sorry for the novel, i just want to get this down right the first time. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.
