M body type (dont know why it wont let me put on here weired but i have the body type the one in the middle not the skinny on not the fat one the other one
These are my supps I take anybody give me any suggestion on ones I need to take out or add in.
Supps:
Waximaize
Protein ON brand
Glutamine
Creatine Monyhdrate
Fish Oil
Multivitamin
I take 1 scoop of Protein when I wake up with breakfast and a 5g of Glutamine.
With breakfast I take a capsule of Fish Oil.
Done with breakfast take a Multivitamin.
Pre Work out 45min take 50g Waximaize and 40g of Protein together
15 before workout I sip on this and it last me threw the work out 50g of Waximaize, 15g glutamine, 5g of Creatine Monyhydrate, Gatorade
Post Work Out 50g of Waximaize, 40g of Protein, 5g of Glutamine, 10g of Creatine Monyhydrate.
With dinner a capsule of Fish Oil
Imm. after dinner Multivitamin
Before bed 5g of Glutamine, Sometimes a Scoop of protein
P.S I also eat meals in between my breakfast-lucnh-dinner
