    M body type (dont know why it wont let me put on here weired but i have the body type the one in the middle not the skinny on not the fat one the other one

    These are my supps I take anybody give me any suggestion on ones I need to take out or add in.

    Supps:
    Waximaize
    Protein ON brand
    Glutamine
    Creatine Monyhdrate
    Fish Oil
    Multivitamin

    I take 1 scoop of Protein when I wake up with breakfast and a 5g of Glutamine.

    With breakfast I take a capsule of Fish Oil.

    Done with breakfast take a Multivitamin.

    Pre Work out 45min take 50g Waximaize and 40g of Protein together

    15 before workout I sip on this and it last me threw the work out 50g of Waximaize, 15g glutamine, 5g of Creatine Monyhydrate, Gatorade

    Post Work Out 50g of Waximaize, 40g of Protein, 5g of Glutamine, 10g of Creatine Monyhydrate.

    With dinner a capsule of Fish Oil
    Imm. after dinner Multivitamin

    Before bed 5g of Glutamine, Sometimes a Scoop of protein

    P.S I also eat meals in between my breakfast-lucnh-dinner

    Imo:
    1.Sinse u can wait for an hour before ur workout i would change the shake with real food.Oat and eggs for example
    2.Its better not to take glutamine with way protein but its ok to take it before workout and/or in the morning
    3.If u wish to take 2 multivitamins, take them in the morning
    4.If u cant eat a medium fat-high protein snack before bed,take some protein and some fish oil capsules

    maybe try some glucosime msm for joint support helps jints feel better if your a hard working lifter and l- argine for a nice pump same as nitric oxide supplements

    DON'T TAKE GLUTAMINE AND CREATINE TOGETHER!!! A lot of people don't know this, but, if you take these together, then you are pissing your creatine down the toilet. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid, if taken together your body absorbs all of the glutamine and none of the creatine. I've been told this by many nutritionists, and bodybuilders. I always take creatine before my workout and glutamine after, I've never heard of not mixing glutamine with whey (I always do) if possible I'd like to hear the reasoning behind that, I love this site, can learn something new everyday.

    Does the glutamine or whey not absorb in your body right when together??

    Take some BCAA's
    Gallon of water a day
