    absorbable calcium with vit d

    I just bought myself some absorbable calcium with vitamin d. I already take my mutl-vitamin which contains 162 mg of calcium and 200iu vitamin d. I also drink 1-2 pints of milk daily and the ones i bought contain 500mg calcium and 50iu vitamin d, is it to much calcium or not. It says to take 2 but i'm going to take 1.
