what??
im about to start the mass tabs cycle and was wondering if im training for strength and explosiveness could i achieve 40lbs on my bench press? 29day cycle

I think there are a few variables...
how you train, how you eat and how you sleep, I'm no expert, new to PH's good diets and proper lifting, been training on and off for awhile, finally doing it right, anyways, I am taking a Superdrol clone and I've def. gone up on my chest excercises.
I don't use a flat bench, I do incline and decline BB
In two weeks, I went from repping 205lbs. twice on incline to repping 225 3 or 4 times. Thats an easy 20-30lbs. increase on incline max. My decline did the same thing. Not only did the weight go up but I found I could rep out some weight that used to be heavy to me, tons of extra endurance.
All of my other muscles seem to be doing the samething. 2-3 more weeks till PCT, I'm hoping this is just the beginning! Good luck bro!
