    I was speaking of protien powder, but you cant beat a good peice of meat or healthy veggies (beans/soy)

    my god.. you been here long enough you should know a question like this is idiotic.
    firstly the type of protein is dependent on your needs at the time... i.e. casein at bed time, wheypost workout or just quality meats/eggs w/ proper amino profile through out the day. 2ndly IT DOESNT CHANGE when ur on cycle. its not like your entire dna structure is altered so u cant absorb... say.. whey? or EGGWHITES?

    why dont you go back to making dangerously stupid posts in other peoples threads.. because thats about the only thing i could see you succeeding at.

    When I went to temple gym summer camp last year,one thing they showed me is at the end of the day simple old school things are best.
    Egg Whites are natures number one source of protein because they provide the only form of protein which is absorbed instantly by your body (i.e. 100% Bio-Available) & it is also 100% natural protein. Other high protein foods like: chicken, fish, beef, and turkey, must first be broken down by your body before the proteins can be truely absorbed. The same holds true for protein powders (whey protein, milk protein etc) and engineered food & drinks. The truth is your body is only consuming about 1/3 of the actual protein of these items - the rest is wasted!

    Guys, if price isn't a consideration and we are looking at best absorption, highest purity, and highest bio-availability of a protein powder, then there's is ABSOLUTELY NO BETTER PROTEIN than

    Well Wisdom Immunopro or Renewpro protein.
