Ramping up AI while lowering STEM dosage during PCT

Getting ready to start my p-plex cycle(1st). Heard it might be a good idea in PCT to ramp up Exemestane(AI) when I lower my Clomid. Something like this for a 3-1/2 week cycle and a 4 week pct. Probably overkill on the pct but I dont want any "surprises". Know with this Ill probably be a trainwreck for a couple of weeks.

PCT
wk1 100mg clo-12.5mg Exe
wk2 same
wk3 50mg clo-25mg Exe
wk4 same
wk5 12.5mg Exe to taper down to prevent rebound.

Just exploring my options. want to do it right and trying to get some advice...Plus this does go against K.Biz's pct for dosages-This is supposed to be good for preventing delayed gyno issues.
