    Chest pumping out supplement ?

I have been working out for last 2 months properly. I work out chest one time in a week with normal Bench press , Incline, Flying for pumping out the chest but my chest is not gaining mass , the shape is there but like my biceps and shoulders are gaining mass , chest is not.

Iam 68 KG, Male , height 5-8 , & since I have to gain mass fast & my diet is not proper because of the kind of job I do , Iam using the following supplement plan for last 3 weeks:

    Amino capsules ,4 times a day .
Creatine 2 times in a day , during execrise i use it.
Prolab N Large one time in a day
Animal pak three times in a week 30 minutes before execrise.
Anabol tablets after one big meal.

Now since I have problem in getting 4 to 6 meals a day that is the reason Iam posting this here , Is there any supplement that I should add or any specific execrise or way should I go for to gain chest Mass ?

How much protein are you getting?

How many calories do you take in?
How often do you work the chest area?
    How heavy are you lifting?

    try a little muscle confusion

After 3 weeks I take a week off and then on my next 3 week cycle I do different exercises. I always like to do a few higher rep exercises in the end to really pump the muscle. You should be getting 3500 calories and more to start really putting on bulk which includes 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. I hope this advice helps a little bit.

You seriously need changes. Prepare your meals the night before even 3 days before. The anabol should be spilt out but saying that food is your best friend here. You dont seem to know much about aas and your light, whats your b/f.

If you wanna build mass, high reps w/light weight is not the way to go. You should be doing incline BB press, Decline BB press, and flys and thats all you need maybe add flat bench as well, switch every couple weeks from barbell to dumbell

warm up set should be 10-15 reps
next choose a weight you can perform 6-8 reps
next set, go heavy enough to barely do 6 reps
finally go heavy enough to do 2-4 reps
of course have a spotter, also with this heavy ass weight if you cannot finish enough reps try doing a couple negatives reps

IMO and many others including many tests and what not, low rep heavy weight is the way to build muslce, def., mass, burn fat

high reps may give u a great pump but ur not forcing the muscle to do more than it is use to, all ur doing is building ur muscles endurance, do u wanna bench 200lbs. 50 times or 400lbs. 5 times, the choice is urs

u can't be really strong without having big muscles, the way to build big muslces is to lift HEAVY

Keep in mind though, do not go so heavy that ur form sucks
