2 super b complex vitamins everyday.
800mcg chromium picolinate everyday.
5g creatine and 15g BCAA's before/during/after workout.
1 joint formula pill everyday.

Just protein powder, multivitamin, and flax seed oil, but once thats out I'm going to stick with olive oil. Used to use creatine, but now there's so many different ones I've decided just to toss it.
