    Anavol ro Plasmavol

    I am looking to gain mass really. I'm a small dude looking to get rid of the toothpic body. Yes I am dieting right and lifting right for a month and seen a 10 lb gain )))))))). But my buddy lifts daily and he said hes getting so much smaller after he stopped taking supplements.

    I looked at 2 products that I really liked:

    Anavol: seems to really help with the strength and builds more muscle, therefor bigger body

    Plasmavol: increases body mass all together.

    I am not eve sure if these really do the right thing, or if these are the right supps i should take.

    Again I am looking to gain mass, what would work best?:

    If you have gained 10lbs in a month, keep doing that.

    I seem to be stuck though, I gained 10 lbs in a month, and the past 2 weeks my weight hasent moved!

    maybe u need to up ur diet a bit now that ur 10lbs heavyer

    ^Agreed. Also, supps aren't that great. I only take creatine and protein. Im not even sure if I will buy more creatine when I run out(I guess im a "non responder"). So what Im trying to say is that all you really need is some protein. You can add other "essentials" like creatine and glutamine but neither of those has ever helped me, atleast not much. Most of your gains should and will come from your diet. So take that supp money and go buy some high protein foods. You gotta up the calories as you gain more weight and every now and then switch up your workout routine.
