B12 wtf

I know this is not a steroid, but a lot of users of A.S. also use b12 so here it goes, last thurs, and fri. i used sublinqual b12, and yesterday I did my first injection of b12, now is it in my mind or does this stuff work that quick, today I awoke hungry I ate, and than 30minutes laster I was hungry again, soo i ate, and im still hungry. let me know if the same has happened 2 you ,thanks

Yes it will make you hungry sometimes.

I will say that , I've been doing it for about three weeks now, and even though there is a pretty nasty flu going around, I have not got it. Everyone I know, even the kids have got it. I have not and I get everything. My allergies seem to be better as well.

some guys go for 1000mcg per day, some just 500mcg twice a week..
so go with what ya happy doing.. mythl-b12 is good for twice a week.

that hunger you're feeling is post likely the second stage of digestion. your stomach is propelling food into your small intestine, and then further along it goes. give it time and it will pass. i always up my water intake with meals when I use B12, softens that feeling.
