    Where can you buy it? I have been looking around and read good reviews but thats all.

    how much fat have you lost? i dont have much...at all. And i was off my diet for about a month and just started back up. Tryin to kill a couple pounds

    I've been using it now for 3 weeks...I've lost about 6 lbs....I haven't been drinking enough water though...

    Well, my stats WERE 5'8 178 lbs around 16-17% bf. Will get to 10% (goal is single digits). Have been eating healthy for past 8 months straight.

    Just started a cut diet past 3 weeks. I have doing cardio 5-6 days a week at 60-70% of my Max Heart Rate for the past two weeks. Dropped my cals from 2800k to 2200k (rough but very close estimate).

    I have been taking lipoflame ONLY on cardio days. Cardio is on as close of an empty stomach as i can get (eat at 4 pm. and start cardio at 6:30pm - only time of day i can do it).

    As of yesterday morning, i weighed 172 lbs. This is in a two week span since i decided to cut my cals and do a cut diet. Oh, and i have been carb cycling (3 days low 1 day high).

    Hope this helps...sorry for the extreme detail...but i figured it was better than "BEEN TAKIN IT FOR 2 WEEKS LOST 6 LBS" ... ya know

    Oh and the reason for the detail is to show how i lost the 6 lbs or so. I think its a combo of EVERYTHING...just my two cents.

    I would recommend lipoflame though i like it (just dont take it too late or you wont sleep well).

    How long did yours take to get in? I ordered mine monday and it has been taken out of my account but have not recieved anything...
