    creatine monohydrate

    whats up everyone, had a few question just bought some creatine monohydrate caps from vitamine shoppe BodyTech brand I dont know if anyone has taken them before. but I was wondering whens the best time to take creatine before or after a workout and also as far as servings it says 3 caps is 2250mg of creatine, and during the maintenance stage it says take 3-5 my question is whats the maximum mg's or caps can I take before i start wasting it and peeing it out

    Take creatine in the morning and after ur workout.U don't need more than 5gr in these two doses

    Why did you get caps dumasso? Creatine is better absorbed in powder form. The caps won't do **** all. How the **** is creatine this complicated? You get micronized creatine monohydrate. No cell-tech, no cell-mass, no CEE, and no ****ing creatine caps FFS! Learn to read brah.

    I dont understand why you even responded to this thread if u didnt even attempt to help with the question I had, and the reason I dont take powder because I get to bloated

    No flaming. Dont respond if you cant help. Just remember: you may have a question one day that someone else thinks is dumb.

    Would you rather have him take too much and waste his money or would you be willing to help out so he isnt wasting his money. And if you dont think all those different brands matter then you have obviously never subscribed to consumer labs.

    Yea ur wright i wasn't clear.I meant u don't need more than 5gr in the morning and 5gr after ur workout
