1) I am on the maintenance faze of cell tech. Yet I train twice a week (not legs, theyre too big for me already). Because of this, Im wondering if I should take it anyother time rather than just post workout? It seems Im not noticing gains. Should I benefit from increasing dosage or adding an extra serving spread throughout the week?
2) I couldnt find some ZMA gains in the search button, it was malfunctioning. What have been your gains on it?
