I have been using Prolab Whey Protein, is this a good names for shakes?

go to true protein . com and pick up some DC Protein Formula. best tasting protein out there, and its pure Whey Isolate Ion Exchange. It makes you feel great and it's cheap.

I like optimum nutrition chocolate casein if your looking for a nite time shake. Its thick and tastes better then every other shake I tried. (tastes way better then ON's chocolate whey protein)

I just got a few Steel Bars, what you think about them, I also picked up a huge case of Protein, It has 72g, low in fat, good catb, I will post up the brand and better stats for the shake if you would like, just lazy and not wanting to run up 2 storeys
