    joint support

    What would be the best Animal flex by universal or just normal Glucosamine 1500mg with Chondroitin 1200mg. The second i would prefer in liquid form but cant find it.

    Check out a product called CISSUS. This is great stuff. It is a pill.

    The complete name is CISSUS RX.

    Check out a product called "Renew JS" by NDS. Best joint pill on the market. It's got cetyl myristoleat (sp).
