    ? with adding dextrose

    I just did a quick search and couldnt find the answer but, anyways... i am doing a bulking diet and my post workout shake is n-large2, and there is only 26g of sugar in the serving compared to 52g of protein, i have dextrose on hand and know you are suppose to dextrose 2 to 1 with protein, so my question is it neccessary to use 104g of dextrose with my pwo shake, or could i subtract the 26g and only add around 78g dextrose?

    Id really drop the Nlarge, its a waste. You should have a total 2:1 Carbs:Protein Ratio. So have double the amount of Carbs then protein. Personally I just consume 50g Pro-75Carbs, it works for me. I usually like having some carbs while working out as well.

    well im stuck with the n-large so i will make do until its gone until otherwise

    n-large has 26g of sugar but it has like 85 total carbs. the rest are from maltodextrin so there is no need to add any dextrose at all
