I just did a quick search and couldnt find the answer but, anyways... i am doing a bulking diet and my post workout shake is n-large2, and there is only 26g of sugar in the serving compared to 52g of protein, i have dextrose on hand and know you are suppose to dextrose 2 to 1 with protein, so my question is it neccessary to use 104g of dextrose with my pwo shake, or could i subtract the 26g and only add around 78g dextrose?
