Post clen what do i do???

Hi guys! I'm wondering if there is anything I should take after I end a cycle of Clenbuterol . Also should I take an anti-estrogen during my cycle, I was told that stacking in this way could boost the results. I was told to take Yohimbine HCL. But Yohimbine is not listed as an anti-estrogen, rather it's listed as an inhibitor. Others have told me not to take anything during or after a Clen cycle. And still others have said that it's important to take diuretics or anti-estrogens before a cycle. Please give me advice, I'm not so sure the guys at my gym know what they are talking about. I'm still learning so forgive me if these questions are miss enformed, the only info I have so far is what others have told me.

take some taurine during the use of clen .

I would not use anything else..

thanks I looked that up. they said it would help with the high blood pressure caused by the clen and that it increases the half life of clen. thanks I'll consider that for my cycle.
