I wouldnt call it cheap anywhere since the prices went up and are going to go up soon again. Type in "cheap whey protein" on yahoo or google and then compare prices...Thats all i do to find the lowest price

trueprotein.com, buy bulk and buy the most basic whey you can find. Or you can try Gemma protein which is a fast digesting alternative to whey and much cheaper

I´d go with milk protein.... cheaper than whey and has it both: whey and casein fraction in one, as good as it can get for the price and the mix.

I use Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey. I pay about $40 for 5 pounds with 24 grams of protein a serving. They have a pretty good selection of flavors too.

jtmcpherson - hang around this site long enough and you'll learn GNC is a rip off on anything they sell. anything you find at GNC you can find much cheaper online.

i've used CtyoGainer. the past two 6lb jugs i've bought i got on EBay for about $34 shipped an delivered.

toronto dude. "ottway" supplements or nutrition on Church & Wood. they have the best prices in town and are ALWAYS willing to negotiate (10% off plus no tax!) they're a hidden gem for bodybuilders and blow SND and Popeye's prices out of the water. GNC is a joke and no real bodybuilder uses them. do u know of any online or personal distributors selling in/to canada at really good prices?
