ON Casein protein
have you guys every tried this? I have been forcing this stuff down for the past 3 nights... I mix it with water and it stays really clumpy no matter how much i stir it up (no blender).
-
man, that sucks really bad. For your current situation(no blender) id suggest using a fork (to break up the chunks) and then go back and stir it again with a spoon(to mix up the chopped bits of protein)...

Just a shaker cup with a grid at the top works wonders.

Get a Blender Bottle... It doesn't have a goofy ass screen on the top but instead has a metal wisk ball that floats around and breaks up every single clump.
It shits on every shaker cup ever made.

I use either a knife or fork to mix mine but i found that if you put the water or milk in the cup first and the powder second it mixes easier...

If the Blender Bottles actually do shit on my shaker cups I won't be happy, I'm going to keep them in separate rooms just to be safe.

Ok i just used one of these blender bottle things and i have to say this shit is AWESOME! I cant believe it mixed my casein protein AND peanut butter without one single lump. I am extremely impressed.
I would say the only thing this bottle CANT do is break up ice to make like a smoothie or somethin.

I have orange creamsicle probolic casein and was wondering how this compares to ON casein. I am not that impressed with probolic so I am thinking about switching. I think that ON sells a banana brand of this but i'm not sure.

Thats a good idea for thoes people who like that stuff but i cant stand it. I dont like sour cream or anything like that. I have tried it a few times but just dont like the taste of it. However if i had to eat it i would just throw it in the blender and glup it down.
