The only supp I'm using is soy protein.
No multi or anything else.
When I'm 12-16 weeks out from competition i might add a multi and b-complex vits.
8 weeks out, i might add ECA + Y.
I'm currently 24 weeks out from Nationals.

What would you say where essential ?
I find with alot i have tried over the years are more or less placebo, well that how it feels.. I made just as much gains on just Whey alone.
This is what i would say is a must below
Whey > Casein > BBCA > EFA's > Glutamine > Flaxseed oil caps > Multi Vits
What additions would you add if any ?
