    whey

    other than whey protein are there any other products that will aid muscle growth and repair after training

    A post workout creatin drink within 30 minutes of your workout would really help, and maybe throw in 5 or 10 grams of glut also.

    Yea, but don't mix the Glutamine with whey protein as they will battle each other for absorption

    Thats right, and Glutamine always wins, its the most abundant amino acid! You shouldn't mix glutamine with whey either, but to answer your question, Glutamine and Creatine are both good choices

    then why do most whey proteins have glutamine already in the mix? optimal nutrition's pro complex has over 8 grams of glutamine with every serving.
