    Post Night time release protein

    Who here has experience with night release protein?
    Im wondering if its worth it or not?
    Im taking 100grams every mon-wed-fri
    and 50g every tues - thurs which are running days
    and I was wondering if i should get some night release to take like 20grams b4 bed?
    I space my protein out 2-3 hours after meals

    buy casein based shakes for longer release. Or eat steak or cottage cheese. Both of these provide a slow release too.
