most studies have the effective duration at 12 weeks. But that may just be a default durations as this is the standard duration of exercise programs in random controlled studies.

No but after 12 weeks or so the gains you were seeing get deminshed. Thus you should cycle on and off like any other supplement. To date there are no studies that show with reproducability that creatine supplementation can be harmful.

will using kre-alkalyn instead of creatine monohydrate would work as if i stopped creatine monohydrate or will it be counted as if i am using creatine,i mean will it be counted as time off or time on creatine?

As far as I know kre-alkalyn is just a modified version of creatine monohydrate. So by the time it is converted to a usable form its basically doing the same thing as monohydrate.

is there any risk if i stayed on creatine for anothe 3-4 months rather than getting more gains from cycling on and off?

Not that I have read anywere in the literature. Creatine is a normal component of your diet anyway any time you eat red meat. I think that the typical american diet you get about 1 gram of it in your diet. I am not sure what the actual breakdown percentage wise for its content in meat is for sure.

If you want to I suppose you could. I personally can't stand more than about three months of it at a time, but thats just me. But Like I said over time your body will build up a tolerance to it and you will need higher and higher dosages to get the same results. Cycling it is probably the best course of action with a compound like this.

You could try different forms of it for a couple of months then switching, you know like doing Mono, then CEE, then Alk to see how that works for you because they all have a slightly different methods of entry in to the muscle cells. I don't base that on any information I have found just speculation so take it for what its worth.

so can i use kre-alkalyn for example instead of the mono then switch back to monohydrate where i load it again,i mean will i be considered off the monohydrate and will get more results when i use it again eventhough i am was using the krealkalyn before cause that what i want to do,i dont want to stop the creatine monohydrate so that i dont loose any mass, also when should one see the full effects of monohydrate and complete muscle saturation in its use?

Yeah you can assuming that they use different methods to get into the cell. Mono, will take roughly 28 days for full muscle saturation give or take some. Alka and CEE I am not sure of because I havent read any research on them at all.
