    EAS Phosphagen elite

    Ive been taking EAS Phosphagen Elite creatine for about the past 3 weeks and ive noticed really good results from it but the bad side is that it gives me really really bad gas, whenever i go the toilet i dont crap anything solid and i get occasional stomach cramps.

    Anyone had side effects like this with creatine or just this product in particular? I would really like to continue taking it but its becoming a problem in public with the gas lol

    i was also on EAS Phosphagen elite i had to discontinue i got the worst headaches.
