How should I dose my One +

Hi,

I just recieved my Avant Labs "One +" and I am wondering if I should use the 12 squirts two times per day or if I should lower the dosage to around 10 squirts twice a day? I am asking because I am pretty big I am 6'1 and 282lbs. someone please help me out.

If you're quite the big-person, then you should use the hardcore dosing (and some can use more although they should wait until their tolerance is assessed).
