    My Supplements

    Here are the supplements I'm currently using. I'm bulking up.

    -Weight Gainer
    -Micronized Creatine
    -Glutamine
    -Multi
    -Vit B
    -Vit C
    -EFAs
    -Uni-Liver
    -ZMA
    -BCAAs

    anything I'm missing? I'm taking alot of the weight gainer so I don't need anymore protein. The protein content in my urine is already high enough. thanks.
