    PWO nutrition

    Ok... I am in the process of getting back into shape right now... and the main concern is losing weight... however of course I want to keep getting stronger which I have been...

    Ive been having ON Whey protein after my workouts with a GATORADE...

    if I am trying to lose weight... should i buy some dextrose.... should I mix oats instead???

    advice???

    never bought dextrose

    Go with waxymaize mixed with 5g of glutamine directly after, then take your ON whey 20-30 minutes later.
