Does Green tea really help?
I heard of this from a few people. But does green tea really help burn fat? I've seen the capsules you can by from stores, but what about the straight up tea which is loaded with vits / mins? Thanks for the help guys as always...

I don't know if it helps to burn fat but it is a good source of Antioxidants

Heard from a trainer that it helps ruduce water weight.

Im on now,notice nothing,it does contain a little caffeine so thats your answer I think at 22%.

It has been shown to help metabolize meals very high in carbs. Does stimulate meatabolism at rest, more than likely due to caffeine.
