Which is the best ECA stack between these 2? I know that buying in the separate components will be cheaper but its just more convenient for me to have them ready made.So, which one is the best?

Ephedrine 30mg
Caffeine 120mg
Aspirin 80mg
Narnegin 80mg
OR
BRAND 2
Ma Huang 500mg
Caffeine 300mg
Tyrosine 200mg
Chromium Polynicotinate 10mg
Coleus Forskohlii 200mg
Brand one is pretty much straight foward for me in regards to compounds but, brand 2 confuses me.I know Ma Haung contains Eph but what is the chromium and coleus for? is this the contents of aspirin?
The doses are;
brand 1 = 3 to 4 a day
brand 2 = 1 a day
