Is it dumb to.....
... take a fat burning pill while bulking?
with summer coming up, i was wanting to lean out a bit, but im currently bulking (bulking diet) so i dont wanna get skinny, but i jus wanna shed some baby fat i have here n there... sooo..... what do you guys think?
do ppl do this all the time? maybe this way ill burn fat and ensure that im having the cleanest and leanest bulking diet? or am i stupid and basically cancelling one out with the other?
any feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance !!

Yep! If u cut with a high protein low carb diet then u should gain a few pounds in muscle and lose fat. If u want to gain 15 lbs of muscle and lose over 10 pounds of fat from a cycle then id say good luck cus thats kinda outa the picture. Just up the protein to 2 grams/pound of body weight and cycle ur carbs. Train with high intensity. If u keep all the muscle u have (even if u just gained a few pounds in muscle) and lost say 15 pounds of fat, you will look so much better and bigger from the cuts. I think too many people judge themselves with the stupid scale, i judge myself by the honest mirror. i could care less what the scale says as long as the total picture is there ya know?

i can still bulk and lean out jus by cutting carbs? how will the proteins reach my muscles?!

Me and you are in the same boat dude, this is what I am doing....
over the winter I bulked and got really fat like prob 18% and I hated the way I looked. So for the last 4 weeks I started cleaning up my diet and doing cardio about 4 xs a week. Im almost were I want to be my goal is around 10% so lean but not cut. When I get to where I want to be im going to do a lean bulk for 4-6 weeks (also with the help of Havoc/Bold 200) Ill slowly start increasing my food intake and ill just maniuplate my carb intake as need be.
SO, yes you could lose some excess fat and still make gains, they just wont be steller. The bottom line is that you shouldnt be a slave to your body. Train Hard, Eat good Food, do Cardio and Love Life.

Yeah, they are Pro/hormone/steroid /whatever you want to call them. But my point is still the same. You can bulk and still remain somewhat lean, you dont have to do like I did over the winter and look like total shit.
