i have read pages and pages of info on this stuff from this site.. unless i dont understand.. the doses are all over the place.. i am on a cycle.. eat good and workout good.. i just want to add some b12 in there cause i heard it doesnt hurt to do.. my question is how much and how often do i take it...???? one person takes 2000mcg a week another takes it everyday? thats a big jump.. also what would u recommend for a girl to take who is not on any cycle just to get the energy from it?
