    saw palmetto

    I've been reading conflicting statements all over the web about whether saw palmetto increases or decreases your free and total test levels, so which is it? Anybody know? Scientific links with all the how's and why's would help.

    I don't have any links now and i haven't heard that it increases natural test.I know tho that it has been proven to be very effective in treating prostate issues
