    1 scoop casein protein
    2000mg L-Arginine-Ornithine
    1 teaspoon flax seed oil
    1 teaspoon l-glutamine
    Melatonin
    mixed with water

    what you think?

    im not to sure but isnt arginine for energy?

    No Arginine plays an important role in cell division, the healing of wounds, removing ammonia from the body, immune function, and the release of hormones does not suport any energy effect but it does produce NO

    That looks pretty good. I am a big fan of melatonin. One thing you could consider is taking some zinc and magnesium supplements before bed also.

    On a side note, I read Ray Kurzweil (famous scientist) once say that the combination of Arginine and Glutamine are effective in naturally raising growth hormone .

    ya man i have read the same thing and it also raises other hormones aswell i have heard zinc and magnesium help you fall asleep and melatonin help you sleep deeper i just have not got around to buying them yet thanks man !

    Sounds good to me. Let us know if you notice a difference taking this shake before bed.
