    I think broomstick twists work better than roids.
    Sorry dude, there is no supplement that compares in my book.
    Eat right, work out and understand we are limited to some extent by what our parents gave us.

    LOL.....I got your supplement thats better then roids....Its called pu^sy....go get some....Da best part is its all natural and theres many different flavors / sizes!!!Watch out though the wrong one could give you some nasty extras you don't really want.

    Too bad P*$$^ isnt sold in GNC. He'll probably have a hard time finding it. Noone leak the name of your supplier. He needs to find this one on his own.

    A good diet, along with 10 g creatine/day (5g before workout and 5 after), 5 g Glutamine after workout, and get some liquid amino acid, use the amino acid 3-4 times/day of which once before work out and once right after in a shake, maybe some before bed and the fourth time u can just through it in a small snack meal to assist. also get 5-8 grams of BCAA/day.

    Well i'm in college...Play football, lacrosse, lift 4 days a week and bartend in a city....I still find time to eat over 400g's of protein a day and get myself laid..Your 6 meals are not huge...for example my noon meal is a can be; 1 can of tuna / 1 apple / and a handful of some sort of nuts. I guess it all depends on how dedicated you are...Do you really want to get that ****in sweet body you enjoy lettin young hot chics see...or do you like going to your chair / TV after work with a bag of potato chips...all depends on you man...I am not any kind of expert im just a young dude with a load of energy / testosterone...But i do cheat every once and awhile and its not a bad thing....

    Wow very helpful posts... not. My personal favorite is superdrol or any of its clones. you can still find the clones on the net for 60 a bottle or so.
