I don't have a shake preworkout.I just eat 90min before.For ur post workout shake protein+carbs like waxy is a very good idea.
chuck should i just mix it together or do i need to drink them separately ? also i lift then do cardio then i drink a pwo shake. should i be drinking a pwo shake after i lift or is it ok to drink it after cardio?
mix them together......and drink your shake after your cardio.
before workout - complex carbs with low GI (oats for example) + whey protein
post workout - whey isolate + vitargo
i do this and have good results. vitargo is the best post workout that u can use with whey.
If you do cardio in the next 1 hour dont take anything. When passing 1 hour take protein and some carbs complex with low GI.
