Ive used Hydroxycut to lose some weight and its worked well. I cant wait any longer to start packing on some muscle so ive changed up my workouts and increased my protein intake. Im 6.2 and 194 pounds and I could stand to lose another 5-10 pounds of mild fat. This small amount of excess weight could be gone in 2-3 months in addition to gaining muscle or 1 month with the help of Hydroxycut. Only thing that stops me is im afraid it will negate my muscle gains.
As long as im taking in enough Protein will it matter that im still using Hydroxycut Hardcore?
