anyone ever done the BSN stack?

NO Explode
Cell Mass
Nitrix
Syntha-6

Not trying to sound like a jerk, but i know basically everyone who has ever touched a weight has taken NO Explode (including myself)

Is there anyone who has ever taken a STACK of these..and not just one indiviidual products?

How did it work out?!?!

i would say size on instead of cell mass, no shotgun instead of no explode and idk about nitrix but syntha 6 has alot of fat in it so take a look at natures best it has 25g carbs 0g fat and an incredible amount of bcaas

I tried that stack and didn't get much from it except headaches and diarreha.

Much better stack:
Gaspari SuperPump250
Gaspari SizeOn
Scivation Xtend

You'll get a slight headache/gas/diarreah from the superpump for like the first week, but after that it's amazing. Just don't take the max dose to start with. Great enegry, great focus, decent pumps, improved vascularity.

ive used all three seperate and together. cell mass was the only thing i noticed to be mildly effective. not woirth it imo. stick to a good protein and a different NO pump supp from a diff company

ive done the stack and it kicks ass seriously. nothing wrong with it at all. all quality stuff. id say add this or that here and there. not much to lose though.

not much to lose other than a lot of money on overhyped supps.

for the price of some of those bsn stacks you could run a cycle...

it is costly but like i said its quality stuff. a cycle is a different animal and would cost at least 3 times as much for something quality. ive personally used these products and vouch for them, although like i said, you can substitute this or that for cheaper.
