    R-ALA... useless or not?

    Well I started taking R-ALA w/ my carb meals my last 2 weeks while dieting for a show... it got me to thinking, is there any benefit to taking 200mg R-ALA per day (postworkout) or does it really only matter when you get really really lean? I don't know a whole lot about the supplement or its use.
