6.2 188 pounds 18 years old. Been working out for about 7 months now, 6 of which was to lose weight. Started lifting heavier 3 weeks ago and changed my diet up ( currently trimming it up a bit as well ) to bulk.

Im taking Whey Protein after cardio in the morning and after my workout in the evening and sometimes a scoop with lunch.

Im going to start using NO Shotgun for Pre Workout Shake and Im finishing off my last like 2 days of Hydroxycut Hardcore.

I was a big boy so im a little worried about Creatines rumors to give people a fat bloated look, I just cut weight and the last thing I want to do is gain it back unless its muscle weight.

Will creatine make me look chubby or will it fit in with my current routine/supps?


Cardio - 30 min in the morning, 30 min after my workout. ( incline walking )

I lift 5-6 days out of the week.
