    body fat %?

as far as getting bigger and stronger, creatine. And a good bulking diet. You might want to go check out the sample bulk diet.

Also, maybe look into a natural test booster.

ZMA. Nothing dramatic but it helps keep natural test levels where they are supposed to be.

tribulis and creatine EE work as does NO2. protein works wonders as do BCAAs. simple aminos like carnitine and glutamine work wonders as well. all depends on how you use them and the quality of the product and your workout. they wont do anything if you dont bust your ass and force your body to need these chemicals you are taking in. when you trigger reactions in your body your body uses certain chemicals for reactions whether for energy or for building. but these things work to some degree but no unless you work out hard and eat food.

I havnt tried those BDAA's. How do hey compare to the old school BCAA's?

    -Protein
    -BCAA
    -Glutamine
    -Multi
    -EFA's
    -Creatine
-and if your not broke at that point a good preworkout if for nohing more than the placebo effect.

The best supplements are creatine, protein powder and a good multi. BCAA are good as well, however they are extremely expensive. You should be taking 20-30mg/daily which is really expensive. As for NO2 there is some research to support it and other research shows nothing.
