I was just wondering if anybody knew the difference between whey isolate, whey concentrate and the whey blends. I have always bought the Isolate and want to make sure I am making the right choice in protein.

I think it's the best post workout form of protein, keep staying on them.
But it also depends in which time of the day you take it?
