they are diff hormones or at least they use to be, im not sure what they are anymore. I have a few bottles of this stuff called Methyl-V-Test and its got SD/HD/PP in one pill, i kickstarted my last cycle w/it and fvckn luved they shit out of it.

H-drol is a halo clone and m-drol is a superdrol clone. Halo has less sides and less harsh on ur liver still giving lean, hard size and strength. Superdrol is a little harsher on ur body with similar gains as halo but stronger! Id say h-drol for someone more health concerned and m-drol for more advanced ph users. Either one will produce nice gains and strength with very little to no bloat since neither convert to estrogen.
